Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

01. Unit Head – Fraud Cases (VP)

Reporting to: Wing Head – Employee Disciplinary Wing
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from a local or international university/college recognized by the HEC. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of working experience in banking or financial institution(s), with at least 4 years in Employee Relations and/or Fraud Investigation.

02. Unit Head – HR Information Systems (AVP)

Reporting to: Wing Head – HR Analytics
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university/college. Relevant SAP certifications preferred.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM, with substantial hands-on experience in SAP Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA).

03. Position / Job Title: Unit Head – HR Analytics (AVP)

Reporting to: Wing Head – HR Analytics
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university/college.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in Business Intelligence and/or Data Analytics and/or Management Information System (MIS). Strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, SQL, and database querying.

04. Unit Head – External Audits (AGP) (AVP)

Reporting to: Wing Head – Audit & Board Committees
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university/college.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Operations and/or Audit Coordination and/or Regulatory Framework, preferably in banking or financial sectors.

05. Unit Head – NOCs & Permissions (AVP)

Reporting to: Wing Head – HR Operations
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university/college.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of HR operations and/or HR Record Management experience, with proficiency in banking or financial services.
