- We do not guarantee that your application will be accepted, shortlisted, or result in selection. Outcomes are determined solely by the hiring organization.
- You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and genuine documents and information. We are not liable for application rejection caused by incorrect or fraudulent information you provide.
- Service fees charged by us are separate from any official application/test fees charged by CTS, NTS, PPSC, FPSC, or the hiring organization, which you must pay directly as instructed by the relevant authority.

- We reserve the right to decline service to any candidate who does not meet the basic eligibility criteria for a given post, in which case any applicable refund will follow our Refund Policy.
