The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Pakistan’s largest life & health insurer, is currently seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join the Management cadre for its F&A Division. Junior to Mid-Level positions are offered on a contract basis (extendable upon satisfactory performance) based in Karachi.

Job Purpose

The purpose of hiring is to support the development and implementation of an integrated digital finance system and expand the E-Vouching module with finance-related applications, focusing on automating financial processes, enhancing reporting, and ensuring seamless system integration.

Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts Division)

Positions: 01 (Quota: Merit)
Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills:
- DBA/MBA (Finance/FinTech) or equivalent postgraduate degree in Finance/Accounting, OR Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Candidates possessing qualifications in both Finance and Information Technology shall be preferred.
- Minimum 03 years of relevant professional experience with hands-on experience in Oracle APEX application development/deployment, PL/SQL, RESTful APIs, and financial modules like Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, Budgeting, or Tax Management.

2. Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts Division)

Positions: 01 (Quota: Merit)
Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills:
- DBA/MBA (Finance/FinTech) or equivalent postgraduate degree in Finance/Accounting, OR Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Candidates possessing qualifications in both Finance and Information Technology shall be preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience with experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs, integration, and exposure to financial modules.

Key Job Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Oracle APEX applications for Finance & Accounts functions including Central Accounting Unit.
Support the implementation of banking integration solutions, including G2P and P2G payment and collection systems.
Participate in the development and management of Budget, Tax, Final Accounts, and MIS modules.
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for management and regulatory reporting.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory and accounting requirements.
