Lodhran Public School Lodhran invites applications from dynamic, self-motivated and committed professionals with leadership qualities for the position given below:-

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications:
Master’s in school subject i.e. English, Urdu, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Islamiyat, Pakistan Studies, History, Geography, Fine Arts with maximum one 2nd division throughout educational career along with M. Ed / B. Ed from an recognized institution. The candidates having M. Phil/ PhD degree will be given preference.

Age Limit:
40 – 57 Years (No age relaxation admissible)

Experience (Verifiable):
05 years administrative experience in any reputed educational institution acquired after 05 years teaching experience. OR 10 years administrative experience in any reputed educational institution. Experience as principal of Public Sector/DPS/Army/Cadet School & Colleges will be given preference. All experience must be verifiable.

Gender:
Male / Female

Key Competencies:

• Leadership and Command Ability.
• Strong knowledge of educational system and ability to improve institutional performance.
• Experience in guidance and training of teachers.
• Excellent English communication and computer skills (Mandatory)
• Retired army officers (not below the rank of Major) fulfilling educational criteria with 10 years of administrative + educational experience in any DPS/Cadet College may also be eligible to apply. M. Ed/ B.Ed may be exempted in such case.

Location:
Lodhran Public School Lodhran.

Pay Package:

1. PKR 200,000/- (Lump Sum)
2. PKR 30,000/- fuel allowance per month in addition to monthly salary

Duration:
03 Years (Contract) Including 6 Months Probation

Accommodation / Fringe Benefits:
No accomodation or other fringe benefits offered by School.

General
The candidates who have already applied following the advertisement upto 24th June 2026 don’t need to apply again. However, the applicant may resubmit his / her application if he / she desires. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview and decision of the Chairman Board of Governors shall be final.
