- Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of all attested educational documents, PRC Form-D or C, CNIC, relevant documents/experience certificates, domicile certificate, and any other relevant documents/experience certificates through the online application portal.
- After applying for the post(s), applicants are advised to regularly visit the OTS website/applicant portal for important announcements regarding the recruitment process, including roll number slips, written test schedules, results, and other updates related to the advertised posts.
- Quotas for Disabled Persons, Minorities, and Women shall be observed as per government rules. All applicable age relaxation shall be admissible as per prevailing government policy.
- Applications carrying incomplete/incorrect information, or any information/documents found bogus at any stage during induction or later in service, will result in termination.
- Government/Council employees must apply through the proper channel.
- Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for test/interview by the Departmental Selection Committee, and no TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
- Candidates must produce original documents at the time of the interview.
- SMC reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason. The number of posts may be increased or decreased during the recruitment process as per departmental requirement.
- Candidates convicted by any court of law, or involved in an NAB plea bargain, or removed from service, are not eligible to apply.
- Applicants who have already applied against Advertisement No. INF/KRY No. 784/2025, dated 09/03/2025, bearing No. SMC/GB/Estt/Appt./123 of 2025, dated 06-03-2025, are required to apply again through the OTS website; however, they are not required to submit the application fee again.
