The 14th Street Pizza is hiring a Manager – Training & Development to join its team in Karachi. This is an excellent opportunity for HR and training professionals with experience in the Food & Beverage industry to lead employee development initiatives at a growing restaurant brand.
Position: Manager – Training & Development
Location: Karachi
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training and development programs aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development requirements
- Design and customize training content for different departments and employee levels
- Plan and execute annual training calendars and ensure timely delivery of training sessions
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 5–8 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry
- Hands-on experience in training staff at all levels
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
- Must be willing to travel periodically to outstation branches for training, assessments, and implementation support as per business requirements
