Step 1: Terms & Conditions for Applying for the ETEA Test

1. Online Profile Creation: Candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk) to apply online.

2. NADRA Verification: After creating the profile and before depositing the fee, print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get your CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk. Verification is mandatory to apply.

3. Fee Deposit: Upon successful submission, an online deposit slip with a token number, project code, and personal information will be generated. Deposit the non-refundable test fee via the Easypaisa app, an Easypaisa agent, or any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Keep Proof: Retain the original candidate copy of the deposit slip bearing the bank’s stamp. Do not share it with third parties.

5. No Documents Required Yet: Candidates do not need to send hard copies of documents or testimonials to the ETEA office at this stage.

6. Roll No. Slips: Candidates will be notified via SMS by ETEA to download and print Roll No. Slips from the website. Ensure your mobile number is not ported/converted. No separate call letters will be mailed. Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the slip.

Step 2: Procedure for Qualified Candidates (After ETEA Test)

Candidates who pass the ETEA screening test must follow these institutional application steps:

1. University Portal Submission: Submit an online application form through the AWKUM job portal at http://jobs.awkum.edu.pk within 15 days of the intimation of results.

2. Processing Fee: Pay a processing fee of Rs. 1,000/- deposited in the University Bank Account:

3. Document Upload: Upload authentic copies of all academic transcripts, degrees, certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, research papers/publications, and a recent passport-size photograph on the university portal.

4. Equivalency & CGPA: * Foreign degree holders must upload an HEC/IBCC Equivalency Certificate before the closing date.

   • A CGPA of 3.00/4.00 in a semester system will be considered equivalent to a First Division.

   • Provide an official percentage certificate from your university if transcripts do not explicitly show percentage marks.

General Terms & Regulations

• Appointment Type: Regular basis under the Contributory Provident Fund (CPF) policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (except for those already serving against pensionable BPS posts with previous regular service).

• Research Publications: Must include complete bibliographic details (title, author, journal name, ISSN, volume/issue, date). Only HEC-recognized journals are considered.

• Selection: Only eligible, shortlisted applicants will be called for the final interview. Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA is admissible for the test or interview.
