Position Details

Terms & Conditions for Applying for Test

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test, based on the credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Appointing Authority, and if any candidate is found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process, they will be disqualified.
2. All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website (www.etea.edu.pk) to apply online. After creating the profile, and before depositing the fee for any post, candidates must print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (kiosk). Without such verification, candidates will not be able to apply.
3. Upon successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip containing the candidate’s token number, project code, and personal information will be generated.
4. Candidates are required to deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through the Easypaisa app, an Easypaisa agent, or any branch of UBL Bank, using the generated deposit slip.
5. The original deposit slip (candidate copy), with the bank’s stamp, must be retained by the candidate at all times and must not be shared with any third party.
6. After submission of the online application, candidates are not required to send any documents or testimonials to the ETEA office.
7. The online application form shall be available from 10th July 2026, and the last date for submission of applications is 25th July 2026.
8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates must not provide ported/converted mobile numbers.
9. No separate call letter will be issued by post or courier for the screening test.
10. Test date, time & venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.

Procedure for Qualified Candidates After ETEA Test

1. Candidates whose details are received from ETEA after qualifying the written test shall submit an online application form through the University’s online job portal at http://jobs.awkum.edu.pk, along with a processing fee of Rs. 1,000/-, deposited in the University Bank Account (Bank of Khyber, Account No. 00792005876772, IBAN: PK40KHYB0079002005876772), within 15 days of the intimation of results.
2. It shall be the sole responsibility of applicants to ensure that all required fields of the online application form are filled and all relevant documents are uploaded. No column of the application form shall be left blank. Postal address, landline/mobile numbers, and a valid email address must be clearly mentioned.
3. All information and documents shall be submitted within the 15-day submission period after intimation of results, and must include information up to the closing date for the online application for the ETEA test. No additional claim, record, or document after the deadline shall be entertained at any subsequent stage.
4. Eligibility shall be reckoned in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications for the ETEA test (July 14, 2026).
5. Incomplete applications, or applications submitted with fake documents/information, shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
6. Candidates working in Government or Semi-Government bodies shall apply through the proper channel.
7. The upper age limit may be relaxed on a case-to-case basis, in accordance with the University’s approved age relaxation rules.
8. The University reserves the right to withhold the recruitment process, providing a cogent reason thereof.
9. Academic marks, experience, distinction marks, research publications, and projects must be supported by authentic certificates from the relevant issuing authority.
10. Applicants for the position of Lecturer in Veterinary Sciences shall have valid PVMC Registration. (Note: this general condition may not apply to the Computer Science post advertised above, but is included as part of the general terms.)
11. Degrees from foreign universities must have HEC/IBCC equivalency certificates. Non-English documents must include an officially verified English translation.
12. The pay package shall be all-inclusive, subject to deduction of applicable taxes, and shall be governed by the terms and conditions mentioned in the Letter of Engagement.
13. The positions are created on a purely temporary/fixed pay basis and shall not confer any right to absorption, confirmation, or regularization in University service.
14. No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
