Position 1: Unit Head – Corporate Trade Unit (Operations Group)
Grade: Band-5 to Band-3 Location: Sialkot
Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and supervision of TPC functions, 100% compliance of policies, procedures, and governance regulatory requirements.
- Ensure non-occurrence of leakage of income by implementing effective supervision.
- Implementation of effective controls to avoid any penal action from SBP.
- Ensure timely & accurate submission of Import/Export/LG-related reports.
- Handling/controlling of RAS approvals (Import/Export/LGs).
- Ensure reconciliation and balancing of Import/Export/LG GLs.
- Monitoring/controlling of Import/Export-related financing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university.
- Experience: Minimum 9 years’ banking/non-banking experience.
- Age: Up to 55 years, as on date of application.
Position 2: Unit Head – Import (North & Central Punjab) (Operations Group)
Grade: Band-5 to Band-3 Location: Rawalpindi
Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:
- Supervision/authentication of Foreign/Inland LCs/Amendment, into system and LC messages, amendment messages.
- Preparation of Reimbursement Authorization against LCs.
- Supervision/checking of lodgment/retirement/overdue in to system and messages.
- Department for each and every LC.
- Supervision of Shipping Guarantee and Import Contracts.
- Supervision/checking of lodgment and settlement of OFBC.
- Supervision/checking of DD and PO issuance in respect of payment against Inland LCs.
- Rectification of audit objections of Imports Department.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university.
- Experience: Minimum 9 years’ banking/non-banking experience.
- Age: Up to 55 years, as on date of application.
