Head-Enterprise Risk Management (Risk Management Group)

Grade: Band-4 to Band-2 Location: Lahore/Karachi No. of Posts: 1

Job Summary/Major Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and automation of risk models related to IFRS9, credit and market risk, ICAAP, and capital/recovery plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate calculation of ECL and BASEL returns on periodic basis, based on BMA, asset classification, and B/S composition.
• Perform tasks related to the Treasury Middle Office, including collecting market/liquidity/country FX risk data and developing risk appetite limits and monitoring Treasury affairs.
• Oversee Operational Risk Management activities, including reviewing ORAPs, Business Continuity Plans (BCP), RCSA, KRIs ML/TF/PF risk, and developing operational risk heat maps and dashboards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Age: Not more than 55 years as of the date of application.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
