Key Accountabilities

Proactively manage potential customer service problems
Generate customer orders and manage deliveries
Achieve assigned sales targets
Prepare sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Ensure timely recoveries from assigned customers
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Drive new business development

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

MBA in Marketing with 1–2 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
Ability to lead and engage a high-performance team
