Note: The “Local” quota applies to residents of Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Guidelines & Instructions:
- Applications along with CV, educational degrees/certificates, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC copy, and two recent passport-size photographs must be sent to the address given below within 15 days of this advertisement.
- Recruitment for women, disabled persons, and minorities will be carried out according to the prescribed quota system.
- Government servants must submit their applications through their respective departments along with an NOC.
- Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit separate application forms for each post.
- A postal order of Rs. 500/- made in favor of “Commandant College of E&ME Rawalpindi” must be attached for posts from Serial No. 1 to 3.
- Age Relaxation: * The general age limit is 15 to 25 years, relaxable up to 30 years (which includes a general 5-year relaxation).

Candidates from Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Scheduled Castes get an additional 3-year relaxation.

Disabled candidates get a 10-year age relaxation.

Retired military personnel (Ex-Servicemen) can get up to 15 years of relaxation or up to the age of 45 years. Government employees with 2 years of continuous service get a 10-year relaxation up to 55 years of age.
