Legal Mandate: Issued in light of the decision dated 27-02-2026 by the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan in F.C.P.LA Nos 508 & 591/2025.
Target Group: Open exclusively to the widows or children of government servants who:
- Passed away during active service on or before September 26, 2024.
- Retired on medical grounds as recommended by a certified Standing Medical Board.
Appointment Policy: Selection will be made according to available vacancies and educational merit. In accordance with standard Austerity Measures, formal appointment orders will be issued following a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Finance Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (via letter No. BO-I/FD/5-8/2025-26 dated 11-07-2026).
