This special recruitment process is strictly aligned with the legal framework and judicial directives:

• Legal Framework: This process follows the decision passed by the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan on February 27, 2026 (F.C.P.LA Nos 508 & 591/2025).

• Target Beneficiaries: Applications are open exclusively to the widows or children of government servants who:

  • Passed away during active service on or before September 26, 2024.

  • Retired from service on medical grounds through a certified Standing Medical Board.

• Selection Policy: Appointments will be made against currently available vacant positions in accordance with prevailing educational qualifications, merit rules, and after securing the necessary NOC from the Finance Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under standard Austerity Measures.

Required Documents Checklist

Applicants must compile and submit a complete dossier containing the following attested documents:

• Job Application: A formal written application explicitly stating the specific post name applied for.

• CNIC: A copy of the applicant’s Computerized National Identity Card.

• Death/Medical Certificate: Official Death Certificate or Medical Retirement Certificate of the father or mother.

• Service Record: Official service record, service book copy, or formal Retirement Order of the parent.

• FRC: Family Registration Certificate issued by NADRA.

• Domicile: Domicile Certificate of District Nowshera.

• Unemployment Certificate: A valid, legally attested Unemployment Certificate confirming the applicant is not currently employed.

• Educational Testimonials: Verified educational degrees, transcripts, and certificates.
