DHA Islamabad Fuel Station Tender 2026 – EOI for Phase-V Facility

The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Islamabad – Rawalpindi has issued an official Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI). DHA is inviting reputable Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to operate an existing, fully developed Fuel Station Facility located at a prime location within DHA Phase-V.

Key Features of the Site

Status: It is an existing, fully developed and operational Fuel Station Facility.
Exclusivity: The EOI invitation is exclusively open to registered Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs).
Operation Mode: The facility is available strictly for a Company Operating Site model.

Financial & Bid Requirements

Monthly Reserved Rent: Rs. 4 Million (40 Mn)
Upfront Land Utilization Payment: Rs. 400 Million (400 Mn) — payable as per DHA’s standard terms and conditions.

Required Documents for Application

Interested Oil Marketing Companies must submit their comprehensive Expression of Interest (EOI) package compiled with the following documents:

Complete Company Profile
Documentation of Relevant Experience in establishing and operating fuel stations
Proof of Financial Capability to meet project expenditures
Proposed Concept for the site layout or management (if any)

How to Apply & Timeline

Submission Method: Prepared EOI proposals must be submitted directly to the DHA Business Development Directorate.
Submission Deadline: Applications must reach the office within 10 days from the official date of this publication.
Right of Acceptance: DHA reserves the absolute right to reject any or all EOIs without assigning any reason or justification.
