Online applications are invited from candidates having a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the following vacant positions in the Livestock & Dairy Development Department (Extension Wing), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The recruitment process will be conducted through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

Vacant Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Veterinary Assistant (BPS-10)

• Total No. of Posts: 143

• Quota Breakdown:

  • Disable Quota = 03

  • Women Quota = 14

  • Zone I = 21

  • Zone II = 31

  • Zone III = 21

  • Zone IV = 21

  • Zone V = 16

  • Zone VI = 16

• Age Limit: 18 to 32 Years

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • Secondary School Certificate (Matric) from a recognized Board, and

  • At least a Two / Three Years Veterinary Assistant Training Certificate from a recognized Training Institute.

Terms & Conditions

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA Screening Test based on the credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and any candidate found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process will be disqualified.

• All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. Before applying or depositing the fee, candidates must print an E-Sahulat Token from the ETEA website and verify their CNIC number at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk. Applications without this verification will not be accepted.

• Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.

• Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.

• Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.

• Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must apply separately with a separate fee.

• The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.

• Foreign degree holders must provide equivalent certificates from the HEC.

How to Apply

• Interested candidates must visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.

• After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (containing token number, project code, and candidates’ personal information) will be generated.

• Print the deposit slip and deposit the non-refundable test fee through the Easypaisa app/agent or any branch of UBL Bank.

• Keep the original paid deposit slip (candidate copy) stamped by the bank and do not share it with anyone else.

• Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office at the initial stage. Hard copies will only be required from candidates who qualify the screening test for scrutiny purposes.

• Online application forms will be available on www.etea.edu.pk on 10 July, 2026.

• The last date for submission of online applications is 30 July, 2026.

• Candidates will be notified via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from the website. Do not use a ported/converted mobile number.

• Test details (date, time, and venue) will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip. No separate call letters will be issued via post or courier.
