District Health Officer Kohat Jobs 2026 – PHC, Pharmacy, Dental & Radiology Technician Vacancies

The Office of the District Health Officer, District Kohat, has invited online applications from suitable candidates of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for various BPS-12 positions on a need basis, under the administrative control of the District Health Officer, Kohat.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

For PHC Technician (MCH):

At least 2nd Division Secondary School Certificate in Science from a recognized board
Diploma of LHV from a recognized Nursing Examination Board
Valid registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council as LHV

For Pharmacy, Dental, Radiology, Surgical, Pathology Technicians & Vaccinator:

At least 2nd Division Secondary School Certificate in Science from a recognized board
Two-Year Diploma in the relevant Paramedical Technology from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faculty of Paramedical & Allied Health Sciences (FPMAHS)

Terms & Conditions

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on submitted credentials; detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and ineligible candidates may be disqualified at any stage
All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website, print an E-Sahulat token, and get their CNIC verified from a NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk before applying/depositing fees for any post
Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will be further screened for relevance against eligibility criteria
Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only
Candidates must be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of applications
Applications received after the due date will not be entertained; incomplete applications or those with fake documents/information will be rejected at any stage
Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing Government rules
Government/semi-government employees must apply through proper channel; candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately with separate fees for each
The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies with a cogent reason
Any misinformation or unfulfilled statement in the application form will automatically exclude the candidate from the recruitment process
Quota: 10% reserved for Female candidates, 2% for disabled candidates, and 0.5% for Minorities
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview
Foreign degree holders must provide equivalence certificates from HEC
Errors/omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification
Number of posts can be increased/decreased as per available position codes allotted by the Finance Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

How to Apply

Interested candidates should first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for posts online
After successful submission, a prescribed online deposit slip (with token number, project code, and candidate’s personal information) will be generated
Take a printout of the deposit slip and pay the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) via Easypaisa app/agent or any UBL Bank branch
Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank’s stamp safely — do not share it with anyone
Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online; copies will only be required from candidates who qualify the screening test, as needed by the appointing authority
Online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from 1st July 2026
Last date for submission of online applications: 20th July 2026
Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slip from www.etea.edu.pk — candidates should not provide a ported/converted mobile number
Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip
No separate call letter will be issued for the screening test through postal/courier means
