Important Terms & Conditions

Form Availability: The prescribed application form can be downloaded from the official website www.dsjswabi.gov.pk or obtained directly from the Office of the Clerk of Court, Judicial Complex Shah Mansoor Swabi.

Application Details: Candidates must completely fill out the form, including full name, father’s name, date of birth, complete address, CNIC number, mobile number, and academic qualification.

Age Relaxation: Age relaxation rules will be applied as per existing government policies and regulations handled by the competent authority.

NOC: Government or semi-government employees must apply through their respective departments via the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for tests or interviews. No separate call letters will be dispatched; updates will be posted on the official website and court notice boards.
