The Establishment of District & Sessions Judge Swabi invites applications from eligible, capable candidates who are permanent residents and domiciled in Swabi, for the following vacant posts, to be filled on a permanent basis:

Terms & Conditions:

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to participate in the ETEA screening test based on the information they provide; however, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the relevant appointing authority. Any candidate found ineligible at any stage by the authority will be disqualified.
2. All candidates must create their own profile on the ETEA website. Before submitting the application/fee, the candidate must obtain an ETEA token print from the E-Sahulat website and get their identity verified through NADRA E-Sahulat franchise — application will not be possible without this verification.
3. Candidates successful in the ETEA test will undergo further eligibility scrutiny by the concerned appointing authority.
4. Candidates must be eligible in all respects, per the criteria mentioned in this advertisement, up to the last date.
5. Applications received after the fixed date will not be accepted. Incomplete applications or those with fake documents/incorrect information will be rejected at any stage.
6. Candidates will be informed of the test/interview via SMS; until the recruitment process is complete, candidates must not change their active mobile SIM, otherwise they will be responsible for it.
7. The age limit for the mentioned post will be calculated as of 01-01-2026, however relaxation as per prevailing rules above the upper age limit will be given.
8. Original documents must be presented on the day of interview. Candidates working in government/semi-government/autonomous bodies must provide an NOC from their relevant appointing authority through which they submitted their application, prior to appointment.
9. The competent authority has the right to increase or decrease the number of posts for valid reasons.
10. No TA/DA of any kind will be given for test/interview.
11. Foreign degrees will require an equivalency certificate from HEC.
12. Appointments will be made in accordance with pay and other allowances as per the Finance Division’s rules.
13. Recruitment against advertised posts will be carried out per the conditions of the NOC issued by the relevant department.

How to Apply:

1. Keep a copy for your record. Visit www.etea.edu.pk first and apply online.
2. After successful online submission, a specific deposit slip (containing a token number, project code, and candidate’s personal information) will be issued.
3. Print the deposit slip and deposit the fixed, non-refundable test fee via EasyPaisa app/agent or UBL Bank at any branch.
4. After depositing the fee, keep the original deposit slip (candidate’s copy) safe and do not share it with anyone.
5. After submitting the online application, send basic documents to the ETEA office initially; however, important screening test information will be requested from successful candidates as and when required.
6. The online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from 01/08/2026.
7. Last date for submission of online application is 20/08/2026.
8. Candidates will be informed by ETEA via SMS through www.etea.edu.pk; download and print their roll number slip.
9. Candidates are directed to provide the correct date, time, and venue of the test, which will be mentioned on the roll number slip.
10. No roll number slip will be issued via post or courier for the screening test.
