Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. District Monitoring Officer (Grade M-3)

No. of Positions: 3
Core Competencies: Field monitoring and supervision of malaria case management, LLIN distribution, and IRS activities; district-level data collection, verification, and reporting (DHIS-2/LMIS); community engagement and coordination with district health offices; attention to detail with willingness for extensive field travel and report writing.
Minimum Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education, HEC-recognized) in Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field. Two to three years of relevant experience in field monitoring. Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned district (Kashmir/Azad Kashmir). Max Age: 50 years.

2. Sr. Provincial Program Officer (QB) (Grade M-2)

No. of Positions: 1
Core Competencies: Provincial-level TB programme coordination, planning, and monitoring; data analysis and reporting on provincial TB indicators; liaison with provincial health department and district TB coordinators; training and capacity building of field-level staff.
Minimum Required Qualification: Master’s degree (recognized by HEC) in Public Health, Health Management, or a related field. Minimum five years of relevant experience in TB programme management at the provincial or district level. Max Age: 50 years.

3. Pharmacist – PMDT (Grade M-3)

No. of Positions: 1
Core Competencies: Management and dispensing of drug-resistant TB (DR-TB) medicines; inventory and stock management of anti-TB drugs; patient counseling on drug adherence and management of side effects.
Minimum Required Qualification: Pharm-D or B.Pharmacy degree (HEC-recognized) registered with the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan. Two years of relevant clinical or hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Max Age: 50 years.

4. Nurse (ART Site – GB) (Grade M-4)

No. of Positions: 1
Core Competencies: Clinical nursing care for HIV/AIDS patients at the ART centre; ART initiation, follow-up, and adherence support; informing clients on infection prevention and control practices.
Minimum Required Qualification: Diploma in General Nursing (registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council) or BSN (HEC-recognized). One to two years of relevant clinical nursing experience, preferably in HIV/ART care. Max Age: 35 years.

5. Data Entry Operator (ART Centre – AJ&K) (Grade M-4)

No. of Positions: 1
Core Competencies: Accurate and timely data entry of patient records into HIV/ART databases; data quality checks and reconciliation; maintenance of confidentiality of patient information.
Minimum Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education, HEC-recognized). One year of relevant data entry/data management experience, preferably in a health-related setting. Max Age: 50 years.

6. Treatment Coordinator – PMDT (Grade M-4)

No. of Positions: 1
Core Competencies: Coordination of DR-TB patient treatment at the CB treatment site; patient adherence monitoring and defaulter tracing; liaison with hospital staff, accessories, and field teams.
Minimum Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education, HEC-recognized), preferably in a health-related field. One to two years of relevant experience in patient management or public health programmes. Max Age: 35 years.

7. Treatment Coordinator – PMDT (PIMS) (Grade M-4)

Core Competencies: Coordination of DR-TB patient treatment at the PIMS treatment site; patient adherence monitoring and defaulter tracing; liaison with hospital staff, accessories, and field teams.

8. Manager Warehouse (Grade M-1)

Core Competencies: Warehouse & inventory management; good storage/distribution practices; logistics & distribution planning; stock reconciliation & reporting.
Minimum Required Qualification: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or Pharmacy or Business Administration (HEC-recognized). Seven years of inventory management experience in stores and stems management. Max Age: 60 years.

9. Program Officer (Grade M-2)

No. of Positions: 1
Core Competencies: Programme monitoring & data analysis; report writing; microbiological/diagnostic knowledge (HIV/TB/Malaria); laboratory quality assurance.
Minimum Required Qualification: BS (Hons) Microbiology (HEC-recognized). Demonstrated entry-level relevant experience working with public health or laboratory diagnostic data. Max Age: 50 years.

10. Internal Audit Officer (Grade M-2)

No. of Positions: 3
Core Competencies: Info/financial audit, risk assessment & control evaluation; Global Fund financial/procurement policy knowledge; audit report writing; data analysis for audit sampling.
Minimum Required Qualification: Master’s degree (recognized by HEC) in Accounting OR Finance OR Commerce OR Business Administration or a related field (HEC-recognized), OR CA / ACCA / ACMA. Minimum seven years of relevant financial/compliance audit experience. Max Age: 50 years.

11. Project Manager – TB (Regions) (Grade M-1)

No. of Positions: 1
Core Competencies: TB programming management; field supervision & monitoring; laboratory quality assurance coordinator; drug adherence/case management monitoring.
Minimum Required Qualification: MBBS with Master degree (recognized by HEC) in Public Health OR Health Management OR Epidemiology or a related field (HEC/PMDC-recognized). Seven years of relevant experience in TB programme management or communicable disease control. Max Age: 50 years.

12. Deputy Advisor NRL (Grade M-1)

No. of Positions: 1
Core Competencies: Technical expertise in lab diagnostics and quality systems; analytical and data review skills for laboratory performance monitoring; effective stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
Minimum Required Qualification: MBBS with MPhil (Pathology, Microbiology) or Master’s degree (recognized by HEC) in Lab Technology OR Microbiology OR Public Health, or related field (HEC-recognized OR PMDC-recognized where applicable). Minimum seven years of relevant experience in infectious disease, clinical laboratory diagnostics, quality assurance, or laboratory network management. Max Age: 50 years.

13. Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist (Grade M-2)

Core Competencies: Technical expertise in pharmaceutical and health commodity procurement and supply chain management including forecasting, quantification, warehousing; working knowledge of donor and regulatory procurement requirements.
Minimum Required Qualification: Master’s degree in Public Health OR Procurement OR Supply Chain Management OR Logistics Management OR MPhil Pharmacy OR Business Administration (HEC-recognized). Minimum of five years of relevant working experience in logistics, supply chain management of medicines and health products within a health-sector organization. Max Age: 50 years.

14. Manager HR (Grade M-1)

Core Competencies: HR planning, recruitment, and selection management for donor-funded project positions; knowledge of Global Fund HR/administrative policy; performance management, staff capacity building.
Minimum Required Qualification: Master’s degree (recognized by HEC) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field (HEC-recognized). Seven years of relevant HR management experience. Max Age: 50 years.

15. Contract Manager (Grade-III)

No. of Positions: 1
Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of contract management principles and the full contract lifecycle; ability to interpret contractual terms, identify rights and obligations, analyze risk and develop clear drafting recommendations.
Minimum Required Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent qualification comprising at least 16 years of education in business administration, public administration, project management, engineering, law, finance, economics, procurement, supply chain management, contract management or another directly relevant discipline. At least 12 years of progressively responsible professional experience in contract management, contract administration, commercial management or a closely related field. Max Age: 50 years.
