The EIDMC, a public sector company established for Energy Infrastructure Development and Management, is seeking qualified professionals for the following five (05) positions (01 post each):

Master’s in Project Management/Engineering Management preferred. Registered PEC Professional Engineer preferred. Experience: Min. 10 years post-qualification in energy infrastructure/transmission/distribution/renewable energy projects; EPC and donor-funded project experience preferred. Age: Max. 50 years. |
| 2. | Deputy Director (Contracts & Procurement) | Education: Bachelor’s (16 years) in Engineering/Business Administration/Commerce/Supply Chain Management. Master’s/professional certification (PMP/MCIPS etc.) in Procurement, Contract Management, or Supply Chain preferred. Experience: Min. 8 years post-qualification in procurement/contract management, preferably in energy, transmission, infrastructure, EPC, public sector/donor-funded projects. Age: Max. 45 years. |
| 3. | Deputy Director (Project Design & Engineering) | Education: Bachelor of Engineering (16 years) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Master’s in Project Management/Engineering Management preferred. Registered PEC Professional Engineer preferred. Experience: Min. 8 years post-qualification in engineering of transmission lines/substations, including preparation/review of engineering drawings, design calculations, technical specs, standards, tender documents. Age: Max. 45 years. |
| 4. | Deputy Director (HR & Administration) | Education: Bachelor’s (16 years) in HRM, Public Administration, or Business Administration (HRM). Master’s in HRM or related field preferred. Experience: Min. 8 years post-qualification in HR management/administration/governance within public/private sector companies or autonomous bodies. Age: Max. 45 years. |
| 5. | IT Officer | Education: Bachelor’s (16 years) in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering/Computer Engineering. IT-related professional certifications preferred. Experience: Min. 7 years post-qualification in IT operations/infrastructure deployment, ERP/SAP/software systems management. Age: Max. 40 years. |
Remuneration, Tenure & Age Limit
- Market-based compensation package determined through negotiation, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- All positions filled purely on contract basis, initially for 3 years from date of appointment, with a 3-month probationary period.
- Contract extendable subject to satisfactory performance and need basis.
- Contract service shall neither be regularized nor pensionable.
