The Population Welfare Department, Regional Training Institutes (RTI) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites applications from eligible female candidates for admission into a 24-month (2 years) basic training course for Family Welfare Workers (FWW). Admissions are open for female candidates holding domiciles of specific districts for the training institutes located in Peshawar, Abbottabad, Malakand, and Dera Ismail Khan.

Eligibility Criteria

Gender: Female candidates only.

Educational Qualification: * F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with at least 45% marks OR
-
Matric (Science) with at least 45% marks (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as mandatory subjects).

Age Limit: 14 to 35 Years (calculated up to the last date of application submission).

Quotas: 5% quota is reserved for minorities and 2% for disabled candidates.

Ineligibility: Married women who are pregnant or nursing an infant are not eligible to apply.
Important Terms & Conditions

Regular Program: This is a full-day, regular training program. Students already enrolled in any other college or university must not apply; providing false statements will lead to cancellation of admission.

Stipend & Hostel: Selected training candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 6,000/-. Girls residing in the hostel are bound to follow RTI rules and regulations.

Selection: The final decision for admission will be made strictly on merit based on academic marks and interviews.

TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview. Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.

Documents: Only shortlisted candidates will need to bring attested copies of their academic documents (Matric/F.Sc DMCs, Certificates), CNIC or Form-B, and domicile to the interview.
