Foundation University Islamabad (FUI) has announced job opportunities for faculty and technical positions in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, Department of Software Engineering, and the Foundation University School of Virtual Education.

Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering

S.No.	Position	Eligibility Criteria
1	Associate Professor / Assistant Professor (Computer Engineering)	PhD degree with valid PEC Registration number in Computer Engineering. Applicants must meet HEC eligibility criteria.
2	Lecturer	MS/MPhil in Computer Engineering. Applicants must meet HEC eligibility criteria with a valid PEC Registration number in Computer Engineering.
3	Lab Engineer	BS in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Applicants must meet HEC eligibility criteria with a valid PEC Registration number in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Department of Software Engineering

S.No.	Position	Eligibility Criteria
4	Assistant Professor (Software Engineering)	PhD (Software Engineering). Applicants must meet HEC eligibility criteria.
5	Lecturer (Software Engineering)	MS (Software Engineering). Applicants must meet HEC eligibility criteria.

Foundation University School of Virtual Education

S.No.	Position	Eligibility Criteria
6	Instructional Designer / Lecturer	MS/MPhil & BS in Accounting & Finance. Applicants must meet HEC eligibility criteria. Knowledge of online teaching methodologies and LMS usage will be preferred.

Procedure for Applying

Applications, duly filled on the prescribed form (downloadable from the FUI website: https://www.fui.edu.pk/fui-careers), along with a detailed CV, four latest passport-size photographs, two sets of attested copies of academic achievements and requisite experience certificates, publications, and a pay order/demand draft of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) drawn in favor of Foundation University Islamabad (NTN 2864905-2), must reach the Office of the Registrar latest by 15 July 2026.
