Position: Officer – Talent Acquisition
Location: Lahore

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
Source quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels
Build and maintain talent pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, hiring documentation, and recruitment reports
Coordinate pre-employment formalities, orientation sessions, and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless joining experience
Deliver an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and ensuring timely feedback throughout the recruitment process

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for recruitment tracking and reporting
