The Gourmet Pakistan is hiring a Maintenance Manager to oversee plant equipment maintenance, project delivery, and compliance across its operations.

Position: Maintenance Manager

Work Location: Gourmet Head Office, Lahore

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance programs for all plant equipment
• Develop and execute maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and extend asset lifecycle
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of equipment breakdowns and malfunctions
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and spare parts inventory
• Prepare and submit technical reports, documentation, and compliance reports to regulatory bodies and management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• Ensure all projects are delivered within budget while meeting quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical, or
• BS Electrical
