The Haidri Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the following position, based in Islamabad.

Position: Manager HR Operations

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll management, final settlements, industrial relations, and policy governance, in compliance with applicable laws.
Liaise with relevant authorities; lead audits and inspections to ensure statutory adherence and penalty prevention.
Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timely disbursement, and full compliance with statutory deductions and labor legislation.
Lead the Industrial Relations (IR) function, including grievance handling, disciplinary proceedings, and liaison with statutory and regulatory bodies.
Evaluate and process contractual renewals in alignment with compensation structures and grading frameworks.
Manage third-party and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with service agreements and mitigating operational and legal risks.
Maintain and update HR MIS, employee records, and documentation to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.

Job Requirements:

Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field, from a reputable institution.
5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
Strong hands-on exposure to Industrial Relations, with proven relationships with statutory bodies (EOBI, Social Security Institutions, etc.).
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
