Job Specifications & Requirements

Candidates looking to apply for this engineering leadership role must satisfy the following academic and professional qualifications:

Education: BSc in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. (A Master’s degree is highly preferred).
Overall Experience: 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Quality, Integrated Management Systems (IMS), and Compliance within a manufacturing industry.
Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Lead Auditor and Department Head managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

The selected manager will oversee the structural design and systemic execution of product quality across production lines through these core objectives:

IMS Compliance: Implement and rigorously maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in strict compliance with global ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards.
Strategic Alignment: Establish and track organizational goals, ensuring total alignment with high-level corporate business objectives and legal regulatory frameworks.
SOP Optimization: Continually develop, standardize, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while driving effective implementation across all internal departments.
Audit Management: Plan, schedule, and execute both internal and external quality compliance audits; proactively identify non-conformities to ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Performance Tracking: Set department performance objectives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and push continuous improvement parameters across Quality, Environment, and Safety domains.
Quality Culture: Foster a robust workplace culture centering on quality, strict compliance, and operational excellence through cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
