The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan, has announced fresh job opportunities for Pakistani nationals under the PSDP (Public Sector Development Programme) funded development project titled “Prime Minister’s Scheme for Enabling Youth with Physical Challenges at HEIs through Electric Wheelchairs, Laptops for Visually Impaired, Audio-Visual Aids – HEC”, under the Uraan Pakistan initiative. Interested candidates can apply online through the official HEC careers portal before the closing date.

General Instructions
- “Experience” means experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification
- How to Apply: Applications must be submitted online via https://careers.hec.gov.pk. No need to send hard copies of CV and documents
- Application Fee: Rs. 1,000/- may be deposited via 1Link services using a Mobile Banking App or Mobile Wallet, on the same portal
- Test Locations: Tests will be held at the nearest location to candidates — Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, or Peshawar
- All applications are processed on the basis of information/data provided by applicants through their online profile; only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview
- Candidates already in Government Service should apply through the proper channel. Five (05) years of general age relaxation is already included; further age relaxation will be given as per Government rules
- Experience gained as part-time, honorary, apprentice, or internee (as part of study) will not be considered/counted as experience
- Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan
- HEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason, as well as to increase/decrease the number of vacancies as per requirement
