The Home Department, Government of Sindh, has announced vacant positions in the Reclamation and Probation Department, Sindh. Applications are invited from suitable, permanent resident certificate (PRC) holders of Sindh for the following post (Notification No. DIR(R&P)5-6/2026).

Computer Operator (BPS-12) – 6 Posts

Age Limit: 21 to 28 years (age relaxation as admissible under government rules)

Qualification: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or a related field, with the required CGPA, from a recognized institution. A computer diploma from a recognized institute with relevant IT skills and equivalent CGPA will also be considered.

Candidates will be required to appear in a screening/aptitude test conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Service (STS), and must secure a minimum of 40% marks to qualify.
Applications must reach the department within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement, and no application will be entertained after the closing date. However, in accordance with notification SO-II(SGA&CD)5-14/2024 and the Recruitment Policy 2025, the closing date may be extended as per applicable rules.
Initial appointment will be made in accordance with the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and applicable rules.
Candidates already serving in government positions must obtain an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their respective department before applying and must produce the original NOC at the time of the interview.
Appointments will be governed by the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and other relevant rules currently in force.
Candidates must bring original documents along with attested copies at the time of the interview.
The interview call letter/schedule will be uploaded to the job portal.
No TA/DA (travel/daily allowance) will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
