1. Manager – Investigation Department (Karachi)

Reporting Line: The position directly reports to the Head of Investigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complaints registered against ICAP members/students in accordance with applicable laws.

• Prepare comprehensive agendas and working papers for Investigation Committee meetings.

• Gather objective facts and information to present disciplinary and professional misconduct cases to the committee.

• Provide robust support in implementing decisions and actions taken by the Investigation Committee.

• Execute any other departmental responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department.

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

• Education: Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAP Member).

• Experience: Preferably 1-year post-qualification experience.

• Skills: Strong report writing/drafting, high-level analytical capacities, and exceptional communication and management skills.

2. Manager – Education & Policy (Karachi)

Role Purpose: Support the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of ICAP’s education framework to ensure total alignment with international education standards and changing market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the strategic development and review of ICAP’s education schemes, curriculum, and modern initiatives.

• Coordinate with subject matter experts to support the development, review, and timely availability of study materials.

• Lead special education-related initiatives as directed by the supervisor.

• Provide crucial secretarial support to committees (preparing working papers, minutes, and tracking follow-up actions).

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

• Education & Experience: * A Chartered Accountant (ICAP Member) preferably with 1 year of post-qualification experience.

  • OR a Master’s degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.

• Core Competencies: Deep understanding of professional education frameworks, academic program management, curriculum development, and policy formulation.

• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, research, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with an ability to deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
