The Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar, is a premier public sector management institute of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The following regular job opportunities are available at the Institute under advertisement IMS-03/2026.

1. Applicants are required to apply online through the job portal at apply.imsciences.edu.pk. The hard copy of the online application form, along with the updated CV, duly attested photocopies of all DMCs, Degrees, Certificates, CNIC, Experience Certificates, and Academic Distinction Certificates (Gold medal, if any), plus three passport-size photographs, must reach the Registrar/Establishment Section of the Institute in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the name of the position applied for, on or before August 2, 2026, at the address given below.
2. Applicants are required to deposit a non-refundable application processing fee online through 1-Bill/PSID (payment guide available on the job portal). The processing fee is Rs. 6,000/- for Serial No. 1 and Rs. 5,000/- for Serial No. 2. Proof of fee payment must be enclosed with the hard copy of the application.
3. In addition to the documents listed above, applicants for the positions of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor must also submit details of research publications in HEC-recognized journals, as well as completed research projects where they served as Principal Investigator (PI) or Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI) or equivalent, along with documentary evidence.
4. Candidates applying for the post at Serial No. 1 are required to submit three (03) sets of documents.
5. The candidate must not have a 3rd division throughout his/her academic career.
6. Other parameters communicated by the HEC from time to time will also be considered for faculty appointments.
7. Degrees from foreign universities must have HEC/IBCC equivalence certificates. Non-English documents must include an officially verified English translation.
8. Candidates serving in government, semi-government, and autonomous institutions must apply through proper channel.
9. The information claimed in the online application form will be treated as final; subsequent claims of academic qualification, experience, research publications, research projects, and academic distinction certificates not earlier given in the online application form shall not be accepted.
10. Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit a separate application for each position, including all required documents and a separate processing fee, which must be uploaded with the corresponding application.
11. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Incomplete applications and/or applications received after the due date (August 2, 2026) will not be considered. The Institute reserves the right to increase/decrease/withhold or not to fill any advertised post, or to accept/reject any application, without assigning any reason. No TA/DA will be admissible.

Note: Submission of both the online application and the hard copy of the application is mandatory. In case either of the two is missing, the application will not be entertained.
