Faculty Positions
1. Lecturer (SPS-12)
Subjects & Number of Posts:

2. Computer Lab Instructor (SPS-11)
Subject: Computer Science/IT Posts: 3
Eligibility Criteria: First-class Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, or Computer System Engineering, awarded after 16 years of education (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university/institution.

Administrative Staff Positions
3. Assistant Manager ERP (SPS-11) – 2 posts
Eligibility Criteria: At least 16 years of education (with first division) in Computer Science/IT (Software) or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university/institution, with 3 years of post-qualification ERP functional and technical experience in an HEC-recognized university/DAI, government, autonomous/semi-autonomous organization, or a reputed registered national/international organization. Candidates with experience in Odoo ERP and/or Odoo Server Management are strongly encouraged to apply.

4. Assistant Registrar (SPS-11) – 1 post
Eligibility Criteria: At least 16 years of education (with first division) from an HEC-recognized university/institution with 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field within an HEC-recognized university/DAI, government, autonomous/semi-autonomous organization, or a reputed registered national/international organization. Candidates with experience in preparing agendas, recording meeting minutes, drafting official letters, and related administrative work are strongly encouraged to apply.

5. Assistant Controller of Finance (SPS-11) – 1 post
Eligibility Criteria: At least 16 years of education (with first division) — MBA, M.Com, BBA (4 years), B.Com (4 years), or BS Accounting & Finance or an equivalent degree with a major in finance from an HEC-recognized university/institution with 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience; OR an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants/Institute of Cost and Management Accountants.

6. Junior Programmer (SPS-09) – 1 post
Eligibility Criteria: At least 16 years of education in Computer Science/IT (with at least second division) or an equivalent relevant qualification from an HEC-recognized university/DAI, with at least 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience in an HEC-recognized university/DAI, government, autonomous/semi-autonomous organization, or a reputed registered national/international organization. Age Limit: 25 to 40 years for initial appointment.

7. Office Assistant (SPS-06) – 3 posts
Eligibility Criteria: At least 14 years of education (with at least second division) from an HEC-recognized university/DAI with 3 years of experience in dealing with office affairs and documentation. Working capability in Computing/MS Office is required in a university/government/autonomous/semi-autonomous organization or a reputed registered national/international organization. Females are encouraged to apply. Age Limit: 22 to 35 years for initial appointment.

Other Terms & Conditions
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on submitted credentials. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Institute, and ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage.
- All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website (www.etea.edu.pk) to apply online, print the E-Sahulat token, and get their CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) before depositing the fee.
- Upon successful submission of the online application, a prescribed deposit slip with token number, project code, and personal information will be generated.
- Candidates must deposit the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa app, Easypaisa agent, or any UBL Bank branch.
- The original deposit slip must be retained by the candidate and not shared with any third party.
- No documents or testimonials need to be sent to ETEA after submitting the online application.
- Online application forms available from: July 13, 2026
- Last date for submission of applications: July 27, 2026
- Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Ported/converted mobile numbers must not be used.
- No separate call letters will be issued by post or courier.
- Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
Procedure for Qualified Candidates After ETEA Test
- Candidates securing 60% or more marks in the ETEA test are eligible to submit the duly filled and signed application form (available at apply.imsciences.edu.pk), along with an updated CV and attested copies of educational testimonials (degrees/certificates and transcripts/DMCs).
- Applications must also include attested copies of experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, academic distinction certificates (Gold Medal, if any), and three recent passport-size photographs.
- Applicants must deposit a non-refundable processing fee online through 1-Bill/PSID. Fees are:
- Rs. 4,000/- for Serial No. 1
- Rs. 3,000/- for Serial Nos. 2, 3, 4 & 5
- Rs. 2,000/- for Serial No. 6
- Rs. 1,000/- for Serial No. 7
- The complete application, in a sealed envelope mentioning the position applied for, must reach the Registrar/Establishment Section within 10 days of the ETEA test result announcement. Late applications will not be entertained.
- Eligibility will be reckoned by the last date of receipt of applications for the ETEA test (July 27, 2026).
- Other parameters communicated by the HEC from time to time will also be considered for faculty appointments.
- Faculty candidates must not have a third division throughout their academic career.
- Candidates working in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide an NOC from their current employer.
- Degrees from foreign universities must have HEC/IBCC equivalence certificates; non-English documents require an officially verified English translation.
- Candidates applying for more than one position must submit a separate online application and pay a separate 1-Bill/PSID fee for each position.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered. The Institute reserves the right to increase/decrease/withhold or not fill any advertised post, or to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
- Candidates are advised to visit the Institute’s website regularly for updates.
