The Imtiaz Group (Pvt) Ltd is hiring for the following positions across multiple cities. Interested candidates can apply via email as detailed below.
Position 1: Section Officer – Goods Receiving
Location: Sialkot
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a relevant field
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar field
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a proper and accurate check on the deliveries of goods to ensure that orders and supplies match the merchandise being received.
- Approve/reject deliveries based on Goods Receiving standards; for new initial deliveries/new supplies, inform the concerned buyers.
- Confirm all difference advice and Goods Return notes.
- Plan space requirements for incoming goods to ensure smooth transfer of goods from the dock to the selling floor.
- Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, assistant buyers, and the selling floor for receiving articles.
- Coordinate with the HO Invoice Control Division for delivery discrepancies.
Position 2: Creative Designer
Location: Islamabad
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a well-reputed university
- Skills: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop assigned artworks in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, quality standards, and project deadlines.
- Coordinate closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams to understand campaign requirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Assist the Creative Lead in day-to-day design tasks, including concept development, revisions, resizing/adaptations, and preparation of final files for print and digital platforms.
- Ensure all creative outputs are error-free, visually consistent, and delivered in the required formats within specified timelines.
- Maintain organized design files and support in managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing urgent tasks.
Position 3: Officer – IT Support
Locations: Gujrat, Islamabad, Lahore
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT support roles
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
