Imtiaz Group is expanding and requires experienced Facilities Management professionals for their new store in Karachi:

Available Positions:

1. Facility Manager

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in facilities management.
Requirements: * Proven experience in managing housekeeping, electrical, mechanical, and civil maintenance teams.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in 5-star or luxury hotels in Pakistan.
- Strong leadership, planning, and maintenance management skills.

2. Electrical Supervisor

Qualification: Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: * Experience in electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.

3. Mechanical Supervisor

Qualification: Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: * Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.

4. Housekeeping Supervisor

Experience & Skills: * Experience in managing housekeeping operations and staff.
- Knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene practices, and inventory management.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Important Instructions:

Relevant educational qualifications and experience are mandatory for all positions.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the retail sector.
