The following positions are based in Karachi – Korangi Campus.

| Senior Manager / Manager – Human Resources | MBA/MPA (HR) or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field | 10–12 years of progressive HR experience managing a large workforce (1000+) preferred, including at least 05 years in a managerial role, OR 08–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 03 years in a Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager role |
| Senior Manager / Manager – Education | Master’s degree in Health Education/Educational Studies or a related discipline | 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in health education, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role, with experience in Curriculum Development and Program Management |
| Data Analyst – Business Intelligence & Analysis | Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field | Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard/report design) & Python (pandas, NumPy, scripting/automation for data pipelines) to build dashboards, models & reports that drive business decisions |
| Senior Technologist (Histopathology, Cytology, Microbiology, Hematology, Chemical Pathology, Molecular Biology, Cytogenetics, and Immunology) | BSc/BS/MLT (Master’s degree preferred) | Minimum 05 years of relevant experience required |
| Technologist – Immunohematology | BSc/BS/MLT (Master’s degree preferred) | Fresh to 3 years’ experience in Blood Banking |
| Biorepository Consent Coordinator | Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Bioethics, or a related field | 2–4 years of hospital experience in obtaining and documenting valid informed consent by clearly explaining procedures, associated risks, and benefits to patients. Requires ensuring compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and confidentiality requirements for consent records, while coordinating effectively with relevant stakeholders |
| Senior Officer / Officer – Biorepository | Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related life sciences discipline | 2–4 years of experience in biobanking, molecular diagnostics, clinical laboratories, or biomedical research |
| Officer – Distribution | BBA (Supply Chain) or a related field | Fresh to 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain/Blood Banking |
| Departmental Secretary – Blood Transfusion Directorate | B.Com/B.A | Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience required. High-level expertise in Microsoft Office (Level 03) |
| Senior Officer – Quality & Monitoring Directorate | Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) | Minimum 03 years of relevant experience required |
| Trainee – Quality & Monitoring Directorate | Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) | Fresh graduates, or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship experience, are encouraged to apply |
