New ICAP, the national professional and regulatory body for the accountancy profession in Pakistan, is seeking an accomplished finance leader for its Executive Leadership Team. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer; role is full-time, Karachi-based.

The Mandate:

Set and execute the Institute’s financial strategy as principal advisor to Council and Committees
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash flow, and investment management
Own financial reporting integrity, accounting operations, taxation, payroll governance, and statutory compliance
Strengthen governance via internal controls, risk management, audit coordination, and procurement oversight
Drive finance digital transformation, ERP optimisation, and process automation
Lead the Finance function and manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulators, and investment advisors

Who They’re Looking For:

Requirement	Details
Membership	ICAP Member
Experience	Minimum 10 years post-qualification across finance, accounting, treasury, planning, budgeting, taxation, investment management
Leadership	At least 4 years in a senior finance leadership role owning financial strategy & governance
Track Record	Financial reporting, statutory compliance, treasury, external audits, ERP-enabled operations, stakeholder management
Advantage	Experience reporting to Boards, Audit Committees, or Executive Committees
