Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has announced online registration for recruitment as Airmen in various trades. Interested Pakistani nationals are invited to apply through the official PAF recruitment portal.

1. Avionics

• Nationality: Pakistani, Male, Unmarried
• Age: 15½ to 19 years (as of 28 December 2026)
• Height: 163 to 188 cm
• Educational Qualification: Matric (Science) with minimum 65% marks overall, and 65% marks each in Chemistry, Physics/Math, and English

2. Aerosupport

• Nationality: Pakistani, Male, Unmarried
• Age: 17 to 20 years (as of 28 December 2026)
• Height: 163 to 188 cm
• Educational Qualification: Matric (Science) with minimum 65% marks overall, and 65% marks each in Chemistry, Physics/Math, and English

3. P&F and DIT

• Nationality: Pakistani, Male, Unmarried
• Age: 16½ to 21 years (as of 28 December 2026)
• Height: 178 to 188 cm (Chest: 6/6 without expansion)
• Educational Qualification: Matric (Science) with minimum 65% marks overall, 60% in Physics/Math, and 65% in English

4. Security

• Nationality: Pakistani, Male, Unmarried
• Age: 17½ to 21 years (as of 28 December 2026)
• Height: 175 to 188 cm (Chest: 6/6 without expansion)
• Educational Qualification: Matric (Science) with minimum 65% marks overall and 60% in English

5. MT-D

• Nationality: Pakistani, Male, Unmarried
• Age: 17½ to 21 years (as of 28 December 2026); 18 to 23 years for LTV/HTV license holders
• Height: 168 to 188 cm (Chest: 6/6 without expansion)
• Educational Qualification: Matric (Science) with minimum 65% marks overall, 65% in Chemistry/Physics/Math and English, and 60% in respective subjects
• Preference given to LTV/HTV license holders

6. Firefighter

• Nationality: Pakistani, Male, Unmarried
• Age: 17½ to 21 years (as of 28 December 2026); 18 to 23 years for LTV/HTV license holders
• Height: 168 to 188 cm (Chest: 6/6 without expansion)
• Educational Qualification: Matric (Science) with minimum 65% marks overall, 65% in Chemistry/Physics/Math and English, and 60% in respective subjects
• Preference given to candidates with LTV/HTV Firefighting license

7. Medical Assistant

• Nationality: Pakistani, Male, Unmarried
• Age: 16½ to 20 years (as of 28 December 2026)
• Height: 163 to 188 cm
• Educational Qualification: Matric (Science) with minimum 70% marks overall; 70% in Biology, and 65% in Chemistry/Physics and English

8. Music

• Nationality: Pakistani, Male, Unmarried
• Age: 16½ to 20 years (as of 28 December 2026)
• Height: 163 to 188 cm
• Educational Qualification: Matric (Science or Arts) with a passion for music

Regional Age/Marks Relaxation

• Deprived/Backward Areas, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (FATA), Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan: Candidates belonging to Matric (Science) may be considered with a minimum of 50% marks in Science subjects and 40% marks in English
• Candidates from the above-mentioned areas must fulfill all other eligibility criteria along with the Government’s prescribed merit relaxation

Important Note

Candidates who have already passed their Matric Board exams in 2023 must apply/submit their original Marks Sheet, CNIC, and other required documents (Verification) along with the application; candidates whose results are awaited will not be entertained. Recruitment for December 2026 batch closes soon; unsuccessful candidates may reapply in January 2027 batch.

Ineligibility Criteria

• Candidates convicted under any law in violation of discipline are not eligible for selection/training
• P.A.F reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason
• Candidates involved in cases pending in any court are not eligible for interview
• Candidates who submitted incomplete/incorrect information/documents will be disqualified at any stage
• Candidates involved in any criminal case are not eligible
• Providing false/incorrect information at the time of registration will lead to disqualification
• Candidates dismissed from any government service will not be considered

Selection Procedure

1. Selection tests include: written/academic test, interview, medical test, physical fitness test, and initial testing standards, as per criteria set by the Selection Centre
2. Physical Fitness Test Standards:
   • Run: 1.6 km (1 mile) in 8 minutes
   • Push-ups: 15 in 2 minutes
   • Sit-ups: 20 in 2 minutes
   • Chin-ups: required as per criteria
3. After initial tests, candidates will be sent to the respective Selection Centre for further psychological and medical testing
4. All testing (including psychological and medical) will be conducted at PAF Selection Centres
5. Final selection will be based on merit, and results will be shared with all candidates based on their performance

Eligible candidates must bring original documents including CNIC, Domicile, Matric marks sheet/certificate, character certificate (if applicable), photographs, and other required documents at the time of registration/testing.
