Qualification	BE, preferably ME, in Mechanical/Marine, Naval Architecture/Industrial or equivalent — HEC-recognized & PEC-registered
Experience	Minimum 10 years in shipbuilding, project planning, production planning, or heavy engineering
Skills	Shipbuilding processes, production/project scheduling, resource planning, progress monitoring; hands-on with Primavera P6, MS Project, or other ERP/planning software; ability to interpret engineering drawings & production schedules; leadership skills preferred
Age Limit	Up to 55 years (relaxation possible for extraordinary candidates)
