The Office of the Dean/CEO MTI Hayatabad Medical Complex and Affiliate Institutes (KGMC, IKD, B&PSC, PICO, and FHH), Peshawar, invites applications under the Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Act 2015 for various faculty positions.

Vacant Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Faculty Positions

• Specialties: * Renal Transplant

  • Radiology

  • Paeds Urology

  • Paeds Nephrology

  • Andrology

  • Transplant Nephrology

• Recruitment Rules & Qualification: * MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized and registered by the PM&DC.

  • PM&DC recognized medical qualification in the respective/relevant specialty OR other equivalent qualification in the respective/relevant specialty approved by the Standing Recognition Committee (SRC) and recognized/registered by the PM&DC.

  • The candidate must meet the PM&DC & MTI criteria for faculty selection.

• Note: * Upon selection, the candidate will receive a faculty position at the appropriate level (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor).

  • Selected candidates will be offered a grade/scale as per the Institutional Pay Scale (IPS) of MTI-HMC & Affiliate Institutes.

Terms & Conditions

• Applications on the prescribed form, duly filled along with bio-data and attested academic/experience records, must reach the Human Resource Department, Khyber Girls Medical College, PDA Building Block-IV, Phase-V Hayatabad, Peshawar, within two (02) weeks of the latest publication of this advertisement.

• The application form can be downloaded from the official college website: www.kgmc.edu.pk.

• A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 3,000/- must be deposited with the cashier (Account Section) in KGMC, Peshawar, or submitted online to the account of KGMC titled “Salary Account of KGMC Employees”, Account No. 3005642387, Bank of Khyber (BOK). The original deposit slip must be attached to the application form.

• Services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform (MTI) Act 2015.

• Selected candidates will serve MTI HMC and Affiliate Institutes under a specified probation period.

• Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview. Shortlisting may be done based on pre-interview marks or an Entry Test if the volume of candidates is very high. (Entry Test marks will have no weightage in the total aggregate marks).

• In case the closing date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be considered the closing date. Applications received after the closing time and date will stand rejected.

• Candidates working in private institutions must get prior approval/NOC from their HR department. Government servants must apply through the proper channel and provide an NOC from their respective departments.

• In case of selection, civil servants will have to resign from civil service.

• Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.

• No TA/DA is admissible for the test or interview.
