GENERAL CONDITIONS (summary)

(ii) Online application info is treated as final.
(iii) One application per serial; multiple quotas must be specified with sub-serial numbers.
(iv) Documents not required at submission; qualifiers must submit within 15 days of result announcement.
(v) Disabled quota applicants require PCRDP disability certificates.
(vi) Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Body employees may apply directly but must submit DPC as prescribed.
(vii) Call letters placed on PSC website — candidates must check regularly.
(viii) Degrees/experience certificates from unrecognized institutions not accepted.
(ix) Dual domicile holders will be rejected.
(x) Equivalence certificate from HEC required where equivalent qualification is claimed.
(xi) Minority candidates require minority certificate.
(xii) Passing threshold for ability tests: 33% marks.
(xiii) Higher qualification than prescribed will still be considered eligible per KP PSC Regulation 2017.
(xiv) Age reckoned on closing date; relaxations up to 10 years for disabled/divorced/widow/govt servants (2+ years continuous service), up to 3 years for backward areas; 5 years automatic relaxation for minorities.
(xv) Overage but eligible candidates need relaxation orders from competent authority before interview schedule completion.
(xvi) Relaxation considered only on production of Govt. Relaxation Orders.
(xvii) Applicants married to foreigners considered only if not already in govt service.
(xviii) Married female candidates may adopt husband’s domicile or retain their own — final once exercised.
(xix)–(xxi) Detailed experience-certificate countersigning rules per department/BPS level.
(xxii) Government reserves right not to fill or fill fewer than advertised posts; shortlisting via written test, general knowledge/psychological test, or academic/professional record as Commission decides.
