KINPOE & CHASCENT Post Diploma Training Program (PDTP) 2027 – For DAE Holders & Science Graduates

A progressive public sector organization offers a one-year (three-semesters) Post Diploma Training Program (PDTP) in Nuclear Power Plant Technology. This training program is designed for Associate Engineers holding a 3-year DAE or graduates holding a 2-year Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) / Associate Degree in Science (ADS).

Training will be conducted simultaneously at:

• KINPOE: Karachi Institute of Power Engineering (Karachi)

• CHASCENT: Chashma Centre of Nuclear Training (Mianwali)

The training program is expected to commence in July 2027. Selection will be strictly on merit based on performance in the written test and interview.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: Pakistan & AJK Nationals who fulfill the following criteria may apply:

1. Educational Qualifications

Option A: Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE)

• Must hold a 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in one of the following technologies recognized by the Board of Technical Education with a First Division (minimum 60% marks) in both SSC (Matric) and DAE:

  1. Chemical

  2. Electrical

  3. Electronics

  4. Mechanical

  5. Civil

  6. Computer

  7. HVAC

  8. Metallurgy

  9. Instrumentation & Control

• Note: Candidates with a diploma in any other field must attach an Equivalence Certificate from their respective Board of Technical Education stating that their DAE is equivalent to any of the advertised fields.

Option B: Science Graduates (B.Sc. / ADS)

• Must hold a 2-year Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree / Associate Degree in Science (ADS) in Physics or Chemistry with Math as a compulsory subject from an HEC-recognized university.

• Must have a First Division (at least 60% marks) in SSC, HSC (Pre-Engineering only), and B.Sc.

2. Age Limit

• Maximum 25 Years as of 11-08-2026 (Date of birth should be on or after 11-08-2001).

3. Result Awaiting Candidates

• Candidates whose final year result is awaited and expect to get a First Division may also apply. However, completion of their diploma/degree requirements must be completed by 01-01-2027, otherwise they will not be allowed to join.

💰 Financial Support & Facilities During Training

• Stipend: Rs. 31,320/- per month.

• Accommodation: Free bachelor hostel accommodation for outstation trainees only (subject to availability).

• Medical & Transport: Free indoor medical treatment and transport facilities to trainees as per rules.

💼 Career After Completion of the Course

Successful trainees may be appointed anywhere in Pakistan as Tech-I / SA-I, in SPS-4 (Rs. 31,320 – 1,930 – 89,220) with an advance increment and admissible allowances on a regular basis under the CPF Scheme. For more details, visit www.kinpoe.edu.pk.

• By Post Application Fee: Rs. 1,300/- (Non-refundable)

• Total Fee for Post Applicants: Form and Admit card download fee total requires Rs. 1,500/- payment processing verification by late August.

📝 How to Apply

Method 1: Online Application

1. Apply online at www.kinpoe.edu.pk by following the instructions provided on the site.

2. Upload your paid online bank receipt and passport-size photograph.

3. Mandatory: Send the complete printed application form and paid receipt by post through an urgent courier service to the address below.

Method 2: Application by Post

1. Download the Application Form and Admit Card from the KINPOE website.

2. Fill out the application form and attach the original paid bank receipt.

3. Send the documents through an urgent courier service to the address below.

Important: Keep a photocopy of your completed Application Form and paid Bank Receipt for your records, as it may be required later. Government or semi-autonomous organization employees must apply through the proper channel.
