KP Excise Department Jobs 2026: Survey Supervisor Vacancies for GIS-Based Property Tax Survey

The Excise, Taxation & Narcotics Control Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online applications from eligible domiciled candidates of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts, through ETEA, for a project post under ADP No. 220842, “GIS Based Property Tax Survey in Districts Charsadda, Swabi, Haripur and Mansehra.”

Position Details

Survey Supervisor (Project Post) – 4 posts

Eligibility Criteria: Diploma in Land Surveying with a minimum of 5 years of field supervision experience, including Total Station and Plane Tabling, as prescribed in the approved PC-I.

Age Limit: 30-55 years

Nature of Job: Project-based

Terms & Conditions

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage.
All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website, print the E-Sahulat token, and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) before applying/depositing the fee for any post.
Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of eligibility criteria.
Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of applications.
Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or those submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage.
Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing government rules.
Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel. Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.
Recruitment shall be governed by the approved PC-I, government policy, and the ET&NC-ETEA MoU.
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
In case of a foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
Errors/omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply

Interested candidates should first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (with token number, project code, and candidate’s personal information) will be generated.
Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through the Easypaisa app, an Easypaisa agent, or any branch of UBL Bank.
After successful fee submission, keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank’s stamp, and do not share it with anyone else.
Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online; copies will be requested from candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the appointing authority.
Availability of online application form: July 15, 2026, on www.etea.edu.pk.
Last date for submission of online application: July 31, 2026.
Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Ported/converted mobile numbers must not be used.
Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal/courier means.
