The Forest Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mehmand Forest Division, Ghallanai, has announced job opportunities for the recruitment of Forest Guards (BPS-08) under the Provincial Government’s District Recruitment Policy. Applications are invited from energetic and eligible candidates domiciled in the concerned district through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

• Minority Quota: 02 posts

Age Limit: 18 to 25 years

Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold one of the following:

1. Intermediate (Science) from a recognized board (any subject combination accepted)
2. FSc-equivalent certificate/diploma — candidates holding this qualification are also eligible to apply

Physical Standards

1. Minimum Height: 5 feet 6 inches
2. Minimum Chest: 32–34 inches
3. Must complete a 3-kilometer run within 15 minutes
4. Candidates must be physically fit and healthy

Terms & Conditions (Key Points)

• All candidates must create a profile on the official ETEA website, generate an E-Sahulat token, and get their CNIC verified from a NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk before applying or submitting fees for any post
• All appointments will be made in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
• Only eligible candidates (domiciled in the concerned district) who meet the physical standards will be permitted to appear in the qualifying test
• The competent authority reserves the right to conduct scrutiny of all eligible candidates at any stage; candidates found ineligible may be disqualified even after being declared eligible
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
• Interview intimation will be sent via SMS; candidates must not change their mobile SIM until the recruitment process is complete
• Applications must be complete and received by the specified deadline; incomplete applications will not be entertained
• No age relaxation will be given beyond existing Government rules
• Only government/semi-government employees may apply through proper channel
• The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease/reshuffle the number of advertised posts without notice
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview
• Newly recruited Forest Guards must undergo mandatory training at the KP Forest School, Thai Abbottabad
• Candidates leaving the job before completing 5 years after training must reimburse all training-related expenses
• Original educational documents must be presented at the time of interview
• Merit list validity is 6 months from the date of the test/interview
• Only genuine degrees/certificates will be accepted for recruitment; use of fake documents will lead to disqualification and legal action
• Foreign degree holders must submit an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC)
• A Police Clearance Certificate is mandatory for all applicants

How to Apply

1. Interested candidates should visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.
2. After successful submission, a prescribed online deposit slip (with token number, project code, and candidate’s personal information) will be generated.
3. Take a printout of the deposit slip and pay the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) via Easypaisa app/agent or any UBL Bank branch.
4. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate’s copy), with the bank’s stamp, safely — do not share it with anyone.
5. Do not send documents to the ETEA office after applying online; documents will only be required from candidates who qualify the screening test, as needed by the appointing authority.
6. Online application forms will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from 10-07-2026.
7. Last date for online application submission: 30-07-2026
8. Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slip from www.etea.edu.pk — candidates should not provide a ported/converted mobile number.
9. Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
10. No separate call letter will be issued for the screening test through postal/courier means.
