About the Role

We’re building depth into our International Logistics function and are hiring a Sr. Executive to provide oversight of our import freight forwarding operations. This role acts as the key backup for the function — stepping in on bookings, documentation, and escalations to ensure continuity, owning vendor relationships, and driving cost and detention control at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities

Provide oversight and backup coverage for our freight forwarding operations, and logistics operations (national and international), owning shipping line and vendor relationships, and driving cost, compliance, and control across the function.

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
5–8 years of experience in international freight forwarding/logistics, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
Proven experience managing UAE–Pakistan or comparable international trade lanes.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Sound knowledge of shipping documentation, export regulations, and detention/demurrage management.
Comfortable operating as a hands-on backup while also managing and developing a small team.
