The NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL) is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the position of Business Executive, with 64 positions available across numerous locations in Pakistan.

Position Details

Business Executive (64 Positions)

Age Limit: 25 years

Educational Background: Intermediate, preferably a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.

Professional Experience:

Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.

Skills & Competencies:

Meeting assigned business targets by implementing effective sales and business strategies.
Actively monitoring franchisee business performance for assigned products and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Maintaining up-to-date records of all franchisees within the designated jurisdiction, including performance metrics and compliance status.
Identifying and assessing potential areas for business growth and expansion of the franchise network.
Conducting ground verifications of potential franchisees, providing product training, and ensuring smooth deployment of new franchisees.
Conducting visits to franchisees to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards.
Establishing and maintaining close liaison with companies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to foster business development and partnerships.
Preparing and presenting reports on franchisee performance, business growth, and compliance adherence to management.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.

Terms & Conditions

Selected candidates will be hired initially for a contract period of 3 years (extendable if required) and will undergo a 6-month probation period.
Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
Candidates providing false information will be disqualified.
Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application submission.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
Attested degrees from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of the interview.
