📋 Job Details

Position: Business Executive (64 Posts)

Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old
Education: Intermediate, preferably Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university.

🛠️ Professional Experience & Competencies

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Meet assigned business targets by implementing effective sales and business strategies.
- Actively monitor franchisee business performance for assigned products and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all franchisees within the designated jurisdiction, including performance metrics and compliance status.
- Identify and assess potential areas for business growth and expansion of the franchise network.
- Conduct ground verifications of potential franchisees, provide necessary product training, and ensure smooth deployment of new franchisees.
- Conduct visits to franchisees to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards.
- Establish and maintain close liaison with companies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to foster business development and partnerships.
- Prepare and present reports on franchisee performance, business growth, and compliance adherence to management.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.

📑 Important Terms & Conditions

Contract Period: Selected candidates will be hired initially on a three (3) year contract, extendable based on organization needs. The appointment will include a six (6) month probation period.
Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test and interview.
Government Employees: Candidates currently working in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Verification: Selected candidates must submit a comprehensive medical fitness certificate and character certificates. Degrees must be verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
