Reports to	Group Chief – International, Financial Institutions & Remittances Group
Education	Minimum Graduation (HEC-recognized); Master’s degree/professional certification preferred
Experience	Minimum 15 years in banking/financial institutions, incl. 5 years as Head (or one level down) of Home Remittances, International Business, Cross Border Payments, or Correspondent Banking
Key Skills	International payment systems, regulatory/compliance knowledge, business strategy & digital remittance solutions, team leadership, stakeholder management
Employment Type	Contractual, 3 years (renewable at Management’s discretion)

Core Responsibilities (highlights):

Lead and grow the Bank’s home remittance business — volumes, overseas partnerships, remittance corridors
Mentor and coach team members; engage with overseas counterparts and exchange companies
Coordinate with IT, Treasury, Operations, and Compliance groups
Monitor KPIs and present division performance to management/Board committees
Prepare annual budgets and business plans
