The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) — a company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 — has announced vacancies for qualified professionals on a performance-based contract, based in Islamabad.

Available Positions

1. Chief Internal Auditor (One Position | Max Age: 57 years)

• Heads NDRMF’s internal audit function, providing assurance to the Board and the Audit & Finance Committee on governance, risk management, and internal controls, and reports functionally to the Audit & Finance Committee and administratively to the CEO.
• Qualifications: Recognized body membership in accountancy (CA, CPA, ACMA, or MBA-Finance) from a reputed institution, with at least 15 years of relevant experience in auditing, risk management, internal controls, and financial reporting across the private/public sector.

2. Deputy Manager – Gender & Development (One Position | Max Age: 57 years)

• Manages NDRMF’s Gender & Development (GAD) function, supporting mainstreaming of gender considerations across institutional operations and the project portfolio; ensures effective integration of gender safeguards and compliance with donor safeguard frameworks (World Bank ESF, ADB SPS).
• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Humanitarian Affairs, or a related discipline with a gender focus. Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
