The National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan, is an apex body that provides regulations, policy direction, and coordination for the Technical Education & Vocational Education sector in Pakistan. NAVTTC requires an experienced Short Term Expert (Media Coordination & Content Writer) on a short-term basis for 89 days (extendable), subject to satisfactory performance. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Test/Interview under the program titled “PMYSDP (2023-27)”, as per the details given below.

Position: Short Term Expert (Media Coordination & Content Writer) Number of Vacancies: 01 Max Age: 45 Years

Qualification / Experience / Deliverables

• 16 years of education in English Language/Literature, Social Sciences/Economics/Commerce. Preference will be given to MS/M.Phil in the aforesaid subjects.
• At least 05 years of experience, preferably in creative writing, media briefs, reporting, graphics, and research material, narratives for social media posts with news articles, and social media posts.
• Content for banners, memes, one-pagers, dashboard-type data, graphs, program descriptions, case studies, whitepapers, and ebooks.
• Hands-on experience in making press releases, delivering high-profile presentations, and social media material on short notice, in both English and Urdu languages, is a must.
• Ensure all content aligns with the organization’s brand guidelines and communication strategy.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare media monitoring and performance reports.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and communication activities across digital and traditional media.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media partners.
• Support event communications, including press conferences, campaigns, and public awareness initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery of all communication materials while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Prepare monthly communication reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), media reach, engagement metrics, and campaign outcomes.
• Must have good written/oral communication skills.
