Detailed Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Degree: MBA / MS (18 years of education) in Management Sciences or an equivalent qualification.
Grade Requirement: Minimum Second Division from an HEC recognized institution.

Professional Experience

Overall Experience: Minimum ten (10) years of professional experience in a public or private sector organization of good repute.
Core Expertise: At least five (05) years of progressively responsible experience in:
- Higher education quality assurance or accreditation.
- Academic administration or project management.
- Institutional development or related domains.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, handling budgets, building stakeholder partnerships, and executing strategic initiatives.

Age Limit

Range: 35 to 55 years (or as prescribed by the competent authority).
